The Mississippi Department of Transportation has issued a proposed a goal of 10.57 percent for DBE participation in the Federal Funds appropriated to the Department and pending approval by the Federal Highway Administration for FY 2023, 2024 and 2025 in accordance with 49 CFR Part 26.

The goal and its rationale are available for inspection and comments during normal business hours at the Mississippi Department of Transportation Administration Building located at 401 North West Street, Jackson, Mississippi, for 30 days following the date of this notice.
